All SCOPIA users need to install the SCOPIA Desktop Client on your PC:
To join the meeting: http://vc-desktop.health.wa.gov.au/scopia?ID=6361&autojoin
If dialling from outside of the WA Health Network using an IP Network connection:
- dial the WA Health IP Gateway: 126.96.36.199
- when prompted for a number, enter 6361. Alternatively, your system may be configured to use: firstname.lastname@example.org
If dialling via phone:
- dial the WA Health ISDN Gateway: 61 08 62110100
- when prompted for a number, enter 6361 followed by the hash (#) key. Alternatively, your system may be configured to use: 62110100##6361
If dialling from St John of God Hospital Midland: callers dialling from hardware VC units add a suffix on the normal dial number. For example, if dialling 11123, SJOG Midland callers dial email@example.com. This is not for Scopia calls where the normal dial number will apply i.e. with no suffix.
If dialling from Fiona Stanley Hospital: callers dialling from hardware VC units add the prefix 854. For example, if dialling 11123, FSH callers dial 85411123. Not for Scopia calls. From either site, the normal dial number will apply i.e. with no prefix.
